Bundaleer Wines
Bundaleer Wines are created from grapes grown at our family owned & operated vineyard in the Bundaleer Forest just south of Jamestown. For our range of whites our winemaker personally selects grapes from our neighbours in the famous Clare Valley.
Rocky River Aquaculture
The Arbon’s are one of the newer providores of the region with their aquaculture farm, situated just 3 km from Laura on the banks of the beautiful Rocky River. The reticulated under cover system yields excellent plate size barramundi.
Quorn Pistachio Grove
There is an ideal weather belt in Australia for growing pistachios that stretches across the continent including the Flinders Ranges region
Chipalee Olive Oil and Olives
Graham & Pam Hogben’s property in the Beetaloo Valley produces excellent jumbo Kalamata Olives and light, fruity olive oil with a hint of pepper from Frantoio, Leccino and Mission trees
Appila Plains Bio Dynamic Lamb
Kay & Ian Jaeschke are passionate small producers near Stone Hut and have been raising sheep and growing grain on their 400 hectare property for 20 years
Hickory’s Run Olive Oil and Olives
Marie and Greg Johnson’s grove is just north of Stone Hut. Their superb plain and infused extra virgin olive oils are Certfied Organic, single estate and have accumulated many awards
Southern Flinders Commodities (Pasta Suppliers)
Seven families who operate farming properties in the Southern Flinders Ranges established Southern Flinders Commodities in 2006, They use some of the latest technologies and varieties including durum wheat, bread wheat, a range of pulses, hay, some small seeds and livestock. They produce excellent pasta.

This fabulous Blue Gum honey from the Beetaloo Valley is another true local delicacy

O’Reilly’s Organic Orchards
The orchards began in 1993 and Jackie O’Reilly now produces a range of magnificent ACO certified organic mixed fruit and vegetable garden in Watts Gully near the Wirrabara Forest.
Taralee Orchards
Paul & Denise Kretschmer have a wonderful place opposite the historic Wirrabara Forest. The Orchard is a "Demeter" certified bio-dynamic stone fruit orchard, producing fresh and dried stone fruit including apricots, peaches, plums and quinces.
Dew’s Meats
Hailing from nearby Orroroo, Dew’s is an excellent local processor of Kangaroo, one of the healthiest and tastiest meats to be found.
Southern Flinders Orchards
Also near the Wirrabara Forest, the Curtis family have been nurturing their mixed fruit orchards for a number of decades.
SD Caputo & Sons
This 4th generation family run business has been serving the region for almost 60 years! Supplying superb fresh (weather permitting) local gulf seafood’s including fish smoked in the traditional way
Golden North Ice Cream
A famous favourite from Laura, Golden North is one of the treasures of the mid-north and part of a one hundred and twenty year tradition. It dates back to when the first owner of the property, William Bowker began supplying milk and vegetables to the miners at Broken Hill in the 1800s. They began ice-cream production in 1923. The Honey flavour is an all time favourite.
Lyle Dudley’s’ Native Produce
A dedicated “bush foodie” for many years, Lyle harvests the prolific wild resources of local wattle seed and quandong fruit annually near Wilmington.
Greenslades Free Range Chicken
From their family farm in Riverton, near Clare in the north of South Australia, the Greenslades produce around 180,000 free-range chickens each year on their 700-acre property. The chooks are housed in fresh ventilated barns and are free to roam the surrounding yards during the day.
Whilst we make every effort to stock the genuine article (under extra ordinary freight logistics in the country) there may be a time when we simply run out of stock, or a producer runs out of stock. These products are often high quality small production batch products. On these occasions, you will be advised at the time of ordering your food.
